No refunds or returns on NEW items. Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us the receipt of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. If the watch was inspected by a NON-CERTIFIED watch maker we will not honor your return request. Please call us if you have any questions.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at ceo@universalwatch.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ceo@universalwatch.com and send your item to: 6222 Richmond Avenue Suite 510 Houston Texas United States 77057.


Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days after payment has been received We ship using the following carriers: FedEx Insured and UPS Insured. Standard shipping usually takes 1-2 business days in the USA. International shipping fee applies to the rest of the world. International shipping fee and time varies. We ship only to CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Please make sure your bank or PAYPAL account is confirmed before you check out and pay.

To buy, click the item and add to cart. When you are ready to check out, click the cart located at the top right corner. Choose the country and state in the shipping tab.  Click check out and fill out the required information. Submit payment and you’re done. Happy buying!
